ESG Sustain is designed to facilitate companies and licensed entities in disclosing their sustainability performance in accordance with SECP’s ESG Disclosure Guidelines 2024, serving as a standardized baseline reporting framework. It also facilitates provision of climate-related information and genderrelated data. ESG Sustain also hosts knowledge hub, offering valuable sustainability-related resources for all stakeholders. The platform provides key insights for investors, stakeholders and analysts seeking to evaluate companies’ ESG performance and promote sustainability-driven investments in Pakistan.

For creating an account, you will need authorization from your company and communicate the request for account creation to our Sustain team at [email protected]. Our team will provide you with the login credentials for accessing sustainability disclosure data template. Please do not share these credentials with any unauthorized personnel.

ESG Sustain exhibits data under key pillars of Environment, Social and Governance, including but not limited to carbon emissions, energy usage, waste management, employee diversity, community engagement, and corporate governance practices. The ESG Sustain disclosure matrix are in alignment with the SECP’s ESG Disclosures Guidelines 2024.

Data submitted through ESG Sustain displays cumulative industry / sectoral reports. This information is available to public.

Yes, data security is our top priority. ESG Sustain uses advanced encryption and access controls to ensure that all submitted information is protected and only accessible to authorized users. The Privacy Policy is available on ESG Sustain.

Past submissions can be viewed; however, they cannot be edited. You are encouraged to thoroughly review your data prior to submission / publication. ESG Sustain allows annual reporting, and companies are expected to keep their information accurate. You can email our team at [email protected] for further guidance.

Reporting deadlines vary according to sectoral regulatory requirements. Companies are generally expected to update their data on an annual basis, by the same dates specified by the SECP for reporting annual audited accounts.

Currently, there is no fees for reporting or accessing ESG Sustain.

ESG Sustain features success stories of companies through reports and videos, highlighting their accomplishments and inspiring others. These can be accessed under the Knowledge Centre tab.

Yes. The Knowledge Centre under ESG Sustain offers educational resources and capacity-building tools related to ESG reporting. These materials, provided by professional institutions, are available to support all stakeholders.
